  The initial introduction and purchase of one beanbag was good but then very disappointing when I discovered that beans were not delivered to your door at all unless you are in a capital city. In fact the shop I purchased from was nowhere within the zone of free delivery so they should have known that. The shop would not let me return the goods and get my money back which is annoying because they sold it to me on false information.
  
  Eventually I rang Ambient directly myself and they were very helpful. Still had to pay for the beans to be delivered but they organised a good price and delivery happened successfully. I even bought a second bean bag to make it all worthwhile.
  
  However, we are not using the bean bags because the synthetics in the beans and the fabric have caused allergies with every person in our family. I have tried airing them outside. I have waited many months hoping the smell would go away. But it hasn't. I have visited a space where there are numerous other bean bags and given them my smell test and they all have it despite a lot of use. I know that some people can't smell it. My husband can't but he broke out in a skin rash when he sat in it. My daughter does not smell it but she got headaches when she used the bean bag. I got sore eyes and a runny nose and can still smell it. I understand not everyone will react to chemicals but we did. I will be looking to on-sell my bean bags but I WILL let potential buyers test them first in case they are allergic.
  
  By the way, stuffing beans into the bags is not as easy as they make it sound. There was a small tear in the transfer system for one of ours and beans went everywhere. Escaped beans are a nightmare to find and must be found if you have pets or babies that could accidentally inhale them.

  Truly satisfied. The bean bag I bought was the piece I was looking for to complete my living room ensemble. The sleek lines and bold curves of the bag channeled the timeless elegance of the yesteryears, while its quilted design made it comfortable to lie on after a hard day's work.
